"Do you offer skincare product recommendations"

No. This program is meant to be done IN CONJUNCTION with seeing an esthetician who can perform regular facials and treatments, as well as offer professional product recommendations based on your unique skin.

“For the comprehensive program, can you tell me more about the functional lab tests that you do?”

Yes! My belief is that testing offers unmatched clarity in how to focus your efforts in clearing your acne. The DUTCH ​Complete test is an at-home dried urine test that measures your sex hormones (testosterone, progesterone, ​estrogen, DHEA), cortisol (stress hormone), and organic acid metabolites. You will complete this at or around day 21 ​of your menstrual cycle. If you are not menstruating, instructions are included for the most appropriate timing for ​testing.

The GI-Map is an at-home stool test that identifies levels of your “good” and “bad” bacteria, parasites and evidence of ​leaky gut and general gut health.

With this type of lab testing, we are also able to create a targeted supplement plan to address your particular needs.

When you enroll in this program, you will be sent your at-home test collection kits which will be sent directly to the lab. ​I will notify you as soon as results are in (can take several weeks) and we will have your Results and Recommendations ​appointment.

“For the comprehensive program, when will the appointments happen?”

Upon enrollment, you will receive a link to schedule your initial consultation (30-min). We will go over your health history, current goals and challenges and you will receive some specific guidance based on your unique situation.

The second appointment is the Results & Recommendations appointment. As soon as the results of your testing are in you will be notified to schedule this appointment. This one can take upwards of 90 minutes, so make sure you set apart enough time.

The last appointment (30-min) is on your discretion to schedule. Some may wait until they encounter a setback or challenge, while others may want to save it until their skin is clear to talk about next steps to stay clear.
